Glenlivet Scotch Dinner
TJ’s will be hosting a single malt Scotch dinner featuring four scotches from the Glenlivet Distillery. Located near Ballindalloch in Moray, Scotland, the distillery is the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet and the production place of the Scottish whiskey of the same name. Today, the Glenlivet brand is the biggest selling malt whiskey in the United States and second in the world. Mr. Brad Beck, representative of Glenlivet, will narrate as you sample the four scotches and their pairings from Chef James Schroeder.

The cost for the dinner is $50 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity and will include a 1.5 oz. pour of each scotch. Guests wishing to enjoy a larger pour of 3 oz. may do so for an additional $5 per course. The dinner will be held Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 7:00pm.
