The Business Center
The Jefferson Hotel Business Center is conveniently located in the Palm Court Lobby across from the Concierge Desk and is accessible 24 hours a day with a guestroom key. There are two Windows computer workstations and one Mac each with a printer. An ATM is located just outside the Business Center.
Audio Visual
Encore (www.encoreglobal.com) is the in-house vendor and their experienced staff and competitive pricing make them the best choice for your audio visual needs.
Small group items like projectors and flip charts are available, as well as supplemental speakers and fast fold screens for a larger gathering. All can be pre-arranged with your Convention Services Manager or Catering Manager. The Jefferson audiovisual staff can also provide show services for any size corporate or social event or can help plan and produce your multimedia, video or live presentation. Video conferencing, web casting and a full range of other hybrid meeting services are available.
Blooms at the Jefferson
Allow Blooms at The Jefferson to assist with your floral needs. Whether sending an arrangement to a VIP guest or selecting centerpieces for your special event, allow our in-house designer to assist you in creating a memorable tablespace for your special event. He has been designing innovative floral décor for the hotel and our guests for over a decade. Your Convention Services or Catering Manager can assist you with your order.
Wireless high‑speed internet access
The Jefferson is pleased to offer basic wireless high‑speed internet access throughout the hotel. This is a complimentary service available in guestrooms, meeting rooms and public spaces. For enhanced internet speed, you may purchase Business Class wired or wireless internet access for your meeting rooms. Please contact your Event Manager for a quote.
