The Jefferson Hotel has long been known and recognized for our commitment to outstanding service and the highest standards in our industry, including cleanliness, safety and training. Using these same long-standing principles, applied in accordance with the latest health organization recommendations, we are operating in a manner to provide you and our hotel team members with a safe and welcoming environment.

Guests who are not feeling well or have reason to believe they may have been exposed to the virus are strongly urged to follow all CDC guidelines and not to travel. Our hotel team is assisted with daily temperature and health screenings, testing, vaccinations, face coverings, and flexible time off to ensure that they can remain healthy.

Daily housekeeping service is provided automatically between 9am and 6pm.  Please contact the Front Desk or Housekeeping or place the privacy light on in your guest room if you would prefer not to receive service.  Items such as fresh towels, coffee supplies and bath amenities are available upon request at any time.  Modified evening turndown service is also available upon request. 

Prior to your arrival, please download the Jefferson Hotel app on your mobile device for expedited check-in and keyless entry for your guest room.

Room service is available 24 hours a day for in-room dining.  Please let us know if you would prefer contactless delivery when you are placing your order. 

In order to make our public areas more welcoming for you and your travel companions, seating groups in the lobbies and throughout the hotel have been spaced further apart. High touch surfaces are sanitized with more frequency.

This is just a brief synopsis of our ongoing safety measures.  Our reservations team is prepared to assist with any specific questions that you may have as you are confirming your reservation. Our entire team will be ready to assist you with questions during your stay. Changes to services and procedures may be necessary without prior notice in order to respond to the most current guidance of the Center for Disease Control and the Virginia Department of Health.
