Amtrak
Complimentary transportation is available from the Amtrak Main Street Station in downtown Richmond. Advance reservations are required for this service and can be made by call Concierge at 804-649-4615.
Please note that complimentary transportation is not available from the Staples Mill Road Amtrak Station. Please use taxi or Uber service.
Local Transportation
The Jefferson offers complimentary transportation to downtown destinations including the financial district, convention center, the capital, Carytown shopping district and the Shockoe Slip/Shockoe Bottom entertainment districts. Parking
The hotel offers self-parking in a secure lot at the rate of $20.00 for overnight guests. Parking for buses and trucks can be arranged in advance by contacting the Concierge at 804-649-4615.
Valet parking is available using the Franklin Street entrance at the rate of $38.00 for overnight guests.

Bicycles
Guests of The Jefferson can enjoy all the sites of downtown on one of the hotel's six bicycles. These classic Dutch bikes by Linus have an upright posture and a step through design which make them a comfortable ride for all cyclists. Helmets, combination locks and baskets are also available at no charge.
The bikes and equipment can be checked out through the Concierge on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests can borrow the bikes for three-hours at a time.
Electric Car Charges
The Jefferson is pleased to provide two Tesla and one universal car charger as a complimentary service for guests of the hotel that are staying overnight or dining with us in one of our restaurants. The chargers are located in our gated valet parking lot. Guests are invited to see a member of the valet staff upon arrival at the hotel's main entrance for additional details and instructions.
