Please note that all requests will be responded to via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. Requests will be filled on a space available basis and should not be considered confirmed until you have received our reply.

For guests arriving within three days, please contact our Concierge Desk at 804-649-4615 for immediate assistance.

For guests that have not yet made their reservation but require additional information, please contact our reservations department at [email protected] with all general inquiries.

Arrival Amenities
Dining

Please use our Open Table dining reservations service to confirm your dining reservation at Lemaire Restaurant, our New American restaurant featuring a farm-to-table menu. Reservations made through Open Table can be considered confirmed.

Salon

Please complete the information below to request your preferred appointment times and services.

Massage

Please complete the information below to request a massage appointment in either The Jefferson's fitness facility or in your guestroom:

Twenty-four hour notice is required on all cancellations of massage appointments. Cancellations received within twenty-four hours of the appointment will be charged at full rate. Taxes and gratuities are additional.

Thank you again for choosing The Jefferson Hotel! You will be contacted via e-mail with 48 hours to confirm your requested arrangements. Please consider all dining reservations made through Open Table to be confirmed. All amenity requests will be billed to your guest room automatically.


Stay Planner Policy:

All requests will be responded to via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. Requests will be filled on a space available basis and should not be considered confirmed until you have received our reply. Dining reservations made using OpenTable may be considered confirmed.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change any of the requested amenities or services. Charges may apply for no shows or changes within 24 hours.

Massage, Salon Services and Dining may be billed to your guestroom at your request or paid for at the time of service.
