The Jefferson Hotel is a proud supporter of non-profit organizations supporting the Richmond Region. Due to the large volume of requests, we are not able to honor all requests but please be assured that we carefully consider each opportunity to assist with in-kind donations for your fundraising efforts.

Filming and Photography

Permission for professional photography and videography within the hotel is reserved solely for couples who have planned their wedding reception at The Jefferson Hotel in either the Empire Ballroom or Grand Ballroom.

We ask that guests taking personal photos please be respectful of those around them.  Guests creating an unsafe or uncomfortable experience for other guests will be asked to please move to another area of the hotel to capture their images.  There will be times, due to the hotel’s commitments, that personal photography may not be possible.  Flash photography is not permitted.
