The Jefferson Hotel is pleased to offer customized wedding cake creations for our wedding couples. Most often you have an idea in mind for your cake. Our talented Pastry Chef will meet with you and your Catering Manager to sample cake flavors and discuss what you have envisioned – the sky’s the limit.
Entrusting The Jefferson with this important reception centerpiece is an easy decision for most of our couples. Not only can you be confident that your cake will be spectacular but you also won’t have to worry about coordinating cake delivery or the fees associated with that, nor will you incur a cake-cutting fee.

Marble (a mix of vanilla and chocolate)
Hummingbird (pineapple, banana and pecans)
Coconut, Lemon, Almond, Orange or Raspberry
Gingerbread, Spice or Pumpkin (available September - February)
Mousses: Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate, Mocha, Coffee, Raspberry, Strawberry, Cherry, Lemon, Key Lime, Blackberry, Blueberry, Pineapple, Mango, Chai Tea, Green Tea, Eggnog or Cinnamon Brown Sugar
Liqueurs: Bailey's Irish Creme, Spiced Rum or Amaretto
Fruit Curds: Lemon, Lime, Orange, Mango, Passionn Fruit or Pineapple
Marmalades: Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry or Peach
Buttercreams: Chocolate, Vanilla, White Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Oreo, Mint Chocolate Chip, Salted Caramel or Honey
Wedding cake prices begin at $6.00 per guest plus service charge and tax. The price per person is based upon the intricacy of the cake (flavors, filling, icing and decoration).
There is a supplementary charge of $2.00 per guest if the wedding cake is supplied by a source other than The Jefferson.
